Partial Planning
Already booked your venue or a few vendors? Partial Planning is designed for couples who prefer to be more hands-on with the planning process, and usually already have a venue booked, but mainly need help with vendor booking and day-of coordination. We will provide expert guidance to help source your remaining vendors so you can make confident decisions to take swift action. Once the venue and all vendors are booked, MWS will serve as the liaison between the clients and the venue/vendors to coordinate with all parties efficiently and effectively. What Does a Wedding Coordinator Do?
A wedding coordinator steps in much closer to the wedding day. By this point, you've already planned the bulk of your celebration. They're there to make sure everything you've worked so hard to plan comes together beautifully.
A coordinator typically begins working with you several weeks before your wedding by reviewing your plans, confirming details, creating timelines, and communicating and finalizing details with your vendors.
