Like many modern love stories, Derek and Annie met online in the summer of 2024, and In just a year and a half what started as a simple connection quickly became something much deeper. From a meaningful Chinese tea ceremony filled with family traditions to a romantic pink and gold reception, every part of Annie & Alex’s Wedding was thoughtfully designed to feel like their unique love story brought to life.

Chinese Tea Ceremony Details

When guests walked into the tea ceremony they were greeted by a beautiful space of beautiful wooden doors, antique style chairs, and romantic red and pink florals, creating a warm and meaningful setting for the ceremony.

Meaningful Chinese Tea Ceremony Moments

The morning was filled with playful door games, a heartfelt tea ceremony, meaningful gifts and red envelopes, and beautiful details from Annie's traditional Chinese attire.

Getting Ready for the Big Day

As Annie and Derek prepared to say "I do," their morning was filled with sweet moments with their bridal party, and glimpses of their beautiful wedding details.

A Picturesque Pink Ceremony

Pink florals lined the aisle beneath elegant chandeliers, leading to a beautiful floral arch that created a romantic setting for the couple's ceremony. 🌸 Fun Fact: Annie loves the color Barbie Pink so we had a great time incorporating the color into the design.

The "I Do"s

From Derek's loving gaze to Annie's magical walk down the aisle, every moment of the ceremony felt incredibly heartfelt as the couple exchanged their vows and made their joyful way back down the aisle surrounded by their loved ones.

A Reception Full of Fun

The reception brought together soft pink and gold details, elegant florals, custom painted bows at each place setting, and signature pink drinks that tied the entire design together. The couple made sure there was something for everyone to enjoy, with fun casino games, claw machines, and arcade games that brought even more energy and excitement to the reception. 🃏Fun Fact: The couple shares a love of games and therefore including a variety of activities was something they definitely wanted for their guests!

A Night to Remember

The evening began with a grand entrance before Annie and Derek shared a stunning first dance surrounded by sparks, followed by a night of dancing and sweet moments with the people they love most.

It was a joyful day filled with family, tradition, and so much love, and we were so happy to be part of it!
