Stepping into The Ebell of Los Angeles felt like walking into a classic film — where every candle flicker, crystal glass, and note of music whispered timeless elegance. Polly and Christian’s wedding was a study in sophistication, blending old-world charm with modern-day romance. With a palette of whites, beiges, silvers, and touches of black, their day radiated refinement at every turn, celebrating love through detail, design, and an atmosphere of graceful joy.
The morning unfolded in elegance, silk robes, soft laughter, and the gentle glow of morning light as the bride and her bridesmaids prepared for the big day.
Before the ceremony, Polly gifted her bridesmaids with fun and thoughtful keepsakes
Their first look took place in an intimate corner of The Ebell, as Christian turned to see Polly for the first time, his expression was filled with joy and love for the beautiful woman about to become his wife.
Polly looked sunning in her elegant embelished a-line gown and Christian looked every bit the classic groom in a sharp black tuxedo, with his groomsmen matching in timeless black ensembles. The bridesmaids, dressed in soft champagne tones, brought the perfect touch of understated glamour.

A lush green and white floral arch framed the moment beautifully, standing out against the moody tones of the room and drawing every eye toward the couple.
As the newlyweds made their exit, guests blew bubbles that shimmered in the air, creating a whimsical touch to an otherwise regal ceremony.
Guests were greeted by a special seating chart handmade by the couple’s family, a stunning display of candles, each paired with an elegant name card that shimmered softly in the evening light.
The celebration continued in The Ebell’s grand ballroom, a space filled with old-Hollywood charm and each table glowing softly under candlelight.
Behind the couple’s table, the ceremony arch was repurposed and adorned with a neon sign reading “The Welborns”, giving the space a personal yet chic touch.
On the far side of the room, a navy curtain backdrop with twinkling lights transformed the stage into a starry night.
As the lights dimmed and the song “Let’s Stay Together" began to play, Polly and Christian shared a tender and heartfelt first dance.
In one of the evening’s most memorable surprises, a traditional lion dance filled the ballroom with energy, honoring the bride’s Chinese heritage and delighting every guest.
Adding to the magic, a live artist captured the joy of the guests through hand-drawn portraits, creating a one-of-a-kind party favor for everyone to take home.
Each table also featured its own small cake, each a different flavor, inviting guests to share in a sweet surprise!
Later in the evening, the newlyweds poured champagne into a cascading tower of glasses, a sparkling symbol of joy and new beginnings.
