Vanessa and Elvis met in 2016 April, when Vanessa first came to LA and Impact Harvest Church, they went to the same small group.
Vanessa recounts, " November 2016, we carpooled together to a Bridge retreat to Big Bear. We hung out more and he became more attractive to me during the retreat. One day in December, when he was driving me home, we were talking about the movie La La Land and how I had never been to the Griffith Observatory. He offered to take me there that night. I guess that’s our first date (?) In the end of December, I was flying back to Taiwan for the holidays, and Elvis offered to give me a ride to the airport. He even picked me up from LAX when I came back to LA. After that, we went out for lunch/dinner many times. I also found other excuses to hang out with him more, through our mutual friend or through visiting his new dog (Fei Fei)." Now they look after their adorable doggie together, they even had him as their ring bearer!
